ZLTY系列切屑脫油機(jī)

ZLSY系列切屑脫油機(jī)主要用于以貴重切屑液（油）為冷卻液的機(jī)床(如齒輪加工機(jī)床、深孔槍鉆、槍絞等)所產(chǎn)生的油屑的分離。油屑通過輸送裝置落入甩干機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)，粘有切屑液（油）的金屬屑在高速離心力的作用下進(jìn)行甩干，從而達(dá)到油屑分離的目的。此設(shè)備可用于單臺(tái)機(jī)床，也可用于多臺(tái)機(jī)床的集中分離，分離量100-800kg/h，甩干率≥95%，分理出的切屑液不發(fā)生任何化學(xué)反變化，可重復(fù)運(yùn)用于機(jī)床潤(rùn)滑，經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)保。本設(shè)備適用的材質(zhì)為粒狀、片狀及長(zhǎng)度不大于50mm的卷裝切屑。
ZLSY series chip dryer is mainly used for separating the oil-chips from machine tools (like gear-cutting machine and gun-drill) using expensive coolant (cutting oil) as coolant. Oil-chips drop into the rotary drum of the dryer through conveying device, and metal filings with coolant (cutting oil) are dried by the action of hi-speed centrifugal force, so as to separate oil from the chips. It has a separating load of 100-150kg/h, with drying rate ≥90%. The liquid recycled can be reused, thus economical and environment friendly.
